By enrolling in a program, purchasing a membership, or using this website, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not enroll or use the site.
The mastermind is delivered through live virtual sessions, coaching, and supporting materials. Session schedules, formats, and facilitators may be adjusted as needed to deliver the stated outcomes.
Monthly memberships bill automatically each month until cancelled. Upfront payments cover the full program term and are charged once. All payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store card details.
You may cancel a monthly membership at any time through the billing portal. Access continues through the end of the paid period. Upfront program payments are non-refundable once program materials or sessions have been accessed.
All frameworks, including M.I.N.D. Your Business and H.E.A.R.T.™, curriculum, worksheets, and recordings are the property of Chance Training & Consulting and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed.
Mastermind sessions are confidential. Participants agree to keep other members' business information private and to engage respectfully. We may remove participants who violate this standard.
Coaching and training are provided for educational and strategic purposes. Results depend on your own execution, market conditions, and other factors. No specific revenue or business outcome is guaranteed.
